ARCHAEMENID is one step ahead in excellent service in COVID-19 testing. We test in the most elite and user-friendly manner, incorporating every possible way to facilitate client testing. Our seamless testing includes arranging a suitable test and transporting it to the laboratory, which then sends the test results in a matter of hours.

BEFORE YOUR PRIVATE FLIGHT
Contact our private flight team, who operate 24 hours a day. We will ask questions to understand what is required. Our team will ensure that any required flight documentation is in order before your flight and minimise any time spent with private jet handlers. Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience, directly on and off your private aircraft, utilising advanced border control clearance processes where possible. CLEANING OF THE AIRCRAFT
We ensure your aircraft cabin is clean using medical-grade cleaning products by a professional cleaning team. We use Bacoban during this cleaning process, which is the highest-grade cleaning product available, providing lasting protection from viruses, including COVID-19, Bacteria, and fungi. Bacoban leaves lasting protection on surfaces and is non-toxic. Cabins are well-ventilated during this process before being sealed for your flight.
HEALTH CHECKS ON CREWS
The flight crew undergoes regular PCR tests before and after duty; they also monitor their temperatures and oxygen saturation levels. Should these exceed parameters, the flight officer, ground crew, or pilot will immediately remove themselves from duty pending a PCR test. Flight crews avoid commercial flights and ground transport, and observe social distancing with both passengers and other staff where possible.
AIRCRAFT BOARDING PROCEDURES
Our goal is to get you into the safe space in your aircraft with the least amount of human contact possible. In most cases, you will go directly to the plane. Our flight crews will welcome you at a social distance and wearing PPE. During boarding, the crew will continue to wear their masks, and any member of the ground crew that encounters you or your luggage will be wearing gloves.
ONCE YOU’RE AIRBORNE
If your aircraft has a flight attendant, they will continue to wear PPE during your flight, while observing social distancing and carrying out their flight duties. You do not need to wear your mask onboard our aircraft unless you want to.
ON LANDING.
Once the private jet has landed, you will go directly to your waiting transport and leave the airport. On occasion, border control may want to check details, but this is unusual as we ensure all your paperwork is correct and submitted before arrival.
Charter-A is continually reviewing these procedures and exceeding requirements on our private flights. Amendments will be made, as necessary. Our aim is to ensure the least disruption possible to our passengers with the maximum level of safety, comfort, and security always. At present vaccine passports are NOT required but may feature in the comming months.
