How does the cost of Jet charter compare to commercial airlines?
Jet charter is usually more expensive than flying commercially but after taking into consideration additional costs of flying with a commercial airline like parking, hotels, and most importantly your time you will come to realize it makes more sense than expected. This happens because when you travel by jet or helicopter you save time by travelling closer to your ultimate destination, often eliminating the need for overnight stays. How do I book a private jet or helicopter?
Once you have submitted your helicopter charter itinerary to us then our operations team will work on the costing and send them on to you, providing you are happy with them you’d ask for a confirmation form which will then allow you to secure the aircraft – simple!
How doI pay for my private flight?
We accept card payments, cheques and bank transfers.
Is your flight operations officer available at all times?
Yes at Charter-A we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We understand that emergencies give no notice, so our team of experts is always available for you regardless of the time or date and furthermore your designated officer will provide you with an out of office number to deal with any questions you have outside of normal operating hours.
How far in advance do I need to call to book a private charter?
“The sooner the better”, never the less Charter-A Ltd is often able to book charter flights within just four hours notice, though that option is subject to aircraft and crew availability. There are a limited number of Peak Travel times during the year, such as major holidays.
What happens if I need to make changes to my flight’s departure time?
Changes in time departures are never too much of an issue although we’d require notice as soon as possible to avoid any additional charges
How do you make sure that my flight is personalized specifically for me?

May I bring my pets with me?
Yes, although is important to let your flight Operations Officer know that you will be flying with your pet that way we make sure to accommodate you on a pet-friendly aircraft. Also keep in mind that is required that your pet is restrained for takeoff and landing, as well as during turbulent air conditions. This is only to ensure the safety of your pet.
